4th Gup Blue
- Single Handed Grab, Same Side, Vertical Position - Pull front foot
back while twisting palm down, then shift quickly forwad into a walking stance whil snapping the palm upward, counter with
a reverse high punch (Moves 18 & 19 of Joong-Gun)
- Double Wrist Grab- Swing both arms up and
out to shoulder height then bring both hands quickly together smashing opponant's wrists together, lead leg front kick.
- Single
handed Wrist Grab from the rear- Rotate arm up and outward while turning in toward opponant, step in to a walking stance upset
punch to the ribs.
