4th Gup Blue
  1. Single Handed Grab, Same Side, Vertical Position - Pull front foot back while twisting palm down, then shift quickly forwad into a walking stance whil snapping the palm upward, counter with a reverse high punch (Moves 18 & 19 of Joong-Gun) 
  2. Double Wrist Grab- Swing both arms up and out to shoulder height then bring both hands quickly together smashing opponant's wrists together, lead leg front kick.
  3. Single handed Wrist Grab from the rear- Rotate arm up and outward while turning in toward opponant, step in to a walking stance upset punch to the ribs.
