9th Gup White
  1. Single hand grab -  Push down, big circle out and up then push down + back fist.
  2. Double hand grab -   Step towards opponent and push past + elbow strike.
  3. Two hand choke - Reach over with both hands and pull down on opponents arms + bring both hands back up striking opponent under the chin. 
  4. Grab from behind - Bring both arms up in front of you and spin around hitting opponents arms + lead leg front kick.
