Bear Hug - Drop to sitting stance arms push up + rear elbow strike.
Cross wrist Grab - Circle to the outside, grab oppenant's wrist, pull arm straight and apply pressure to elbow.
Lapel Grab - Knee Kick
Single Wrist Grab - Wrist Lock, Front Kick
